Shared Room – $750/month per bed (includes TV and mini fridge)

All rooms include : Dresser, furniture, bed linens, bath towels/washcloth)
House common areas will be fully furnished with a TV, internet, dishes, cookware, on-site laundry and all paid utilities.

Deposit – Cost of the bed plus first month’s rent (Non-Refundable)
Risk Fee of $150 – no screening necessary if this fee is paid (Non – Refundable)

Agreement – 3 to 12 months – anytime longer than that can be worked out. (90 days minimum)
